seam lines

This refers to the pattern, i.e. where the seams are placed and their shape.

You can google a lot of examples for this. But I've been sewing with patterns of all languages for many years, so I'm my best source here ;-))
Example sentence:

Flattering seam lines and boot cut flare slim the hips and visually lenghthens the leg.

Vogue 1109 is a Sandra Betzina pattern for a knit top/tunic with really interesting seam lines.

thanks Goldcoaster. As far as I know seam lining is sort of tape that is applied to the inside of a seam (e.g. for reinforcement)

(distinctive top) stitching

I would emphasize the mere "stitching" by going with all above 3 words i.e. distinctive top stitching
Peer comment(s):

agree Ingeborg Gowans (X) : hard to say without seeing the actual clothes, but it must be the stitching to draw attention to it

thanks a lot again.....
neutral Kerstin Green : Top stitching is "Absteppen" or maybe "Ziernaht", but has nothing to do with Nahtführung, which refers to the garment pattern itself
