DYLAN,please more text , this is very tricky,by the way, MIKE, no offence , i never heard about bacteria,present in a muscle tissue, [Bakt. PRITOMNE],which leaves us with two options:
I....talking here about VILLI and bacterial growth in the intestinal tract
II...cerebral spinal fluid "INFECTION"..[Bakt. PRITOMNE]

This is just an educated guess based on experience. I have never seen hl. vlakna in a lab test but I have seen hl.v. = Hyaline valce.

My own input; while I agree with both Slavo's translation (who solved " Hl.v. " first) and Gerry's too, and when I found at www.agora.crosemont.qc.ca/urinesediments/doceng/doc_005.htm... I think in general just "mucus" is O.K.
