"strutture a grappolo" refers to a pyrimidal structure in which the group leader controls all the firms under it. I've come up with "cluster structure", but I'm not sure if this is the proper term in this field.

hierarchical structure/tree structure
"hierarchical organization/structure" since it is an organizational structure where every entity in the organization, except one, is subordinate to a single other entity. This arrangement is a form of a hierarchy. In an organization, the hierarchy usually consists of a singular/group of power at the top with subsequent levels of power beneath them.
"tree structure" since it is a structure where all the branches/nodes are controlled by the root (at the top) (even though it is kind of inverted tree structure it is just referred to as "tree structure")...
or another alternative is... "8-ball" model (but this is too much technical for management)
