Italian term or phrase: décolleté
It's a noun (from French) which is used to mean the part of the (female) body between the neck and breast. Can anybody think of an elegant way to put this in English? I think if I keep it as is it gives more an idea of the neckline of a dress.

The context is a description of an aesthetic treatment device for cellulite, loose skin etc.

disagree  SJLD: cleavage is between the breasts - it does not include the neck and upper chest/Cleavage doesn't mean a lowcut neckline. That is not what the explanation says. It says "associated with".

  -> as it is explained above, it can also mean the low cut neckline of women's clothing. But decolletage is probably the best anyway.
