I would imagine that 4% refers to "contributi prevendenziali"

agree William Murphy : this is the 4% social security or pension contribution that an individual (not a company) with a P.IVA can request on his/her invoices.

agree Lorraine Buckley (X) : definitely cp is contributo previdenziale tho it is annoying me that I don't know what DC means (and I don't use those initials on my invoices with 4% contributions!)
