(y si el uso es figurativo, el bum-rush es simplemente entrar todos al mismo tiempo, no necesariamente cercas físicamente, pero tan juntos que el dueño de la casa/fiesta no puede impedir a todos entrar.) Explanation: "agarrarse a algún tipo de Hollywood para exprimirle lo que pueda" - this is the best I can do in Spanish for the first part of your question (let´s hope someone can come up with something more idiomatic) but that´s the sense of it at least. Here "tit" is "teta", it´s a metaphor. He´s talking about people in search of fame and fortune who will attach themselves to anybody/anything with any influence in Hollywood for what they can get out of it (in the metaphor, the "tit" is the "pecho", the source of nourishment which they will grab hold of and suck on for all they´re worth!)
