Articolo 1
1.1. Ai fini del presente provvedimento si applicano le definizioni di cui all'articolo 2 del decreto legislativo n. 387/03, le definizioni di cui agli articoli 2 e 3 del decreto legislativo n. 20/07, le definizioni di cui all'articolo 1 della deliberazione n. 111/06, le definizioni di cui all'articolo 1 del Testo Integrato Trasporto, nonché le seguenti definizioni:
a) contributo in conto scambio è l'ammontare, espresso in euro e determinato dal GSE ai sensi del presente provvedimento, che garantisce, al più, l'equivalenza tra quanto pagato dall'utente dello scambio, limitatamente alla quantità di energia elettrica prelevata, ed il valore dell'energia elettrica immessa in rete per il tramite di un punto di scambio;
