In the first model, XXX reversed complete Freund adjuvant (CFA)–induced reductions in withdrawal thresholds ***in a dose-related manner***, with a minimum statistically significant effective oral dose of 10 mg/kg.

Kann man "in a dose-related manner" hier nicht einfach weglassen? Denn am Satzende wird ja genau erklärt, ab welcher Dosis die Wirkung einsetzt. Hier meine bisherige Übersetzung:

Im ersten Modell führte XXX zu einer Umkehrung der CFA-induzierten Verringerung der Schmerzschwelle (Pfotenrückzugsschwelle), wobei eine statistisch signifikante Wirkung bei einer oralen Dosis zwischen 3 und 10 mg/kg einsetzte.

Außerdem klingt die Formulierung "Umkehrung der Verringerung" komisch. Hat jemand eine bessere Idee?

würde ich hier sagen.

(z. B. www.pharmazie.com/graphic/A/57/1-20657.pdf)

und ich würde es auch nicht weg lassen, denn abgesehen von der Schwelle ist die Stärke der Wirkung sicher auch von der Dosis abhängig.
