§ 1º A comunicação de que trata o caput será efetuada mediante termo lavrado por Auditor-Fiscal da Receita Federal do Brasil (AFRFB) em procedimento de diligência instaurado pela Cofis, mediante a expedição de Mandado de Procedimento Fiscal (MPF), do qual será dada ciência ao estabelecimento industrial.
§ 2º No curso do procedimento de diligência de que trata o § 1º, deverão ser realizadas visitas técnicas prévias à formalização da comunicação de que trata este artigo.
