I would not start or follow the same wording here: present in this case gives me the idea of presente! to mean ''we raise our hand'' we are here! This form of expression that works in an European etc, idiom or context is lost in English or so I believe. For this slogan to work in English or appeal to an English audience the slogan in the target language has to be interpreted and transformed accondingly to the country that suits best.

Siempre decimos
Presente!
Con la mas avanzada tecnologia

Can become something like this:

Looking for advanced technology?
Come and talk to us.
We can help you.

Or,

For all of your advanced technology needs
We are here 24/7

Come to think about it, although the word Presente here stands by itself, it may be misleading though as far as whatever translation one decides to choose...for advertising purposes .

The sentence should read "Siempre decimos presente con la mas AVANZADA tecnologia".
