In an article comparing the determination of antibodies to partially deamidaded gliadin as opposed to native gliadin antibodies, the article says peptide antibodies have a superior "rentabilidad clínica".
Are they talking about the EXPENSE (cost-effectiveness) of the test, or is this referring to the clinical UTILITY/PERFORMANCE of the test?

Without any further context to go on, I would say that "rentabilidad clínica¨of the antibodies refers back to the diagnostic efficiency of the antibodies in the first sentence. The synthetic peptides are another factor that improves the efficiency.
