دورگرد همسطح ساز

Unfortunately there is no equivalent for the term in Farsi and have to coin a word, I suggest دورگرد همسطح ساز due to it's function and design:
please see:

the maximum cross-slope at any point on a sidewalk (including the crossing of a driveway) is two percent (2%). Wherever possible the sidewalk should be carried across the driveway without a change with respect to the normal sidewalk profile. When the sidewalk abuts the back of the curb, a “walk-around” (see Figure C-14) should be considered. This design transitions the sidewalk laterally to provide greater distance between the flow line of the gutter and the sidewalk.

راه یا جاده مخصــوص برای افرادی که به صندلی طبی چرخ دار مجهز یا به وسیله ان حمل و نقل میشوند.

Walk around is a pathway ( if you will ) where it defines the path of disabled ( the wheel chair path, usually in and about hospital areas) or houses that are equipped with handicapped access. Usually this pathway is marked with blue steady lines with Handicapped signs marking both ends of the path. In some countries like in Scandinavian lands it is equipped with its own traffic signals at the traffic lights and it is completely secured by raising the pathway, while in others it is just marked, by Blue lines.

Walk-Around does also cover other meanings but with the context given here is the above meaning that seems more correct. a separating path for pedestrians ( on foot) and wheel chair users (handicap) Please correct me if I have missed the point.
