but (and sorry for this comparison) in Russian we have a very similar word, which is dirctly translated as "forestry district", and it is this "forestry district" that we should or can contact (dunno why) and not an office, though it's obvious that when contacting we get in touch with an official body and not district or even worse trees. LOL

probably this is how it works in English too..
