Acho importante distinguir o imposto de renda (Einkommensteuer) por que é exclusivo das pessoas físicas, isto é, o imposto não se aplica às pessoas jurídicas (sujeitas ao Körperschaftsteuer). Como nem todas as sociedades possuem personalidade jurídica (Personengesellschaften) o sujeito passivo do imposto é a pessoa física , e não a sociedade .
