Indennità applicate in caso di risoluzione del contratto (di agenzia), non è un rimborso perché come si vede lo stesso viene menzionato di seguito:
"L’incarico di Agente è conferito a tempo indeterminato a decorrere dal 13 novembre 2006 ed è, peraltro, subordinato allo svolgimento da parte dell’Agente di un periodo di prova di 6 mesi, nel corso dei quali il contratto potrà in ogni momento essere risolto senza preavviso alcuno, senza indennità sostitutive dello stesso e senza diritto alcuno a qualsivoglia indennità di cessazione del rapporto, mediante semplice comunicazione scritta da inviarsi da una parte all’altra tramite raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento."
