The complete sentece would be:

I'm not used to talking to strangers, you know? It scares me/It gives me the creeps./ I'm afraid of it.

My question is, where did you get the source sentence? It's not properly written at all.
It should be:
¿Sabes que no estoy acostumbrada a hablar con ajenos? Me da miedo.

This is not slang. This is an every day sentence but misspelled.

if you look up on the box top (title) it will tell you that it is subtitling of a slang. Movie language Thank you anyway
