Explanation:
"Gross margin" is definitely "marge brute".

For "ROI", you sometimes see the English acronym "ROI" as well, but the translation of "Return On Investment" is "Retour Sur Investissement" and is the same equation.

I am unsure that "yields" would be best translated by "le rendement". Perhaps "les resultats"?

Je comprends "yields" comme un verbe. Je suppose qu'il nous manque le contexte ;-)
Ceci est une traduction mot à mot, on peut faire plus court...
"améliore le retour sur investissement et la marge brute" par ex.
J'hésite à employer un acronyme, car je crois que ROI est plus connu... et on se passe assez bien d'acronymes en français.
