ハイフン無しで、TechLab という名の会社がいくつかありますが、下記のサイトに、胃腸テストキット（検便キット）を販売している会社のことが詳しく載っています。このことではないでしょうか。括弧の中にキットをいれたのは、後に commercially available と続くためです。
なお、この会社の名前は、まだカタカナで表記（ひょうき）されていないようです。クライアントに聞いて、カタカナで書くかそのまま英語で書くか決めたらどうでしょうか？

On Google, we cannot find many examples of "tech-lab test" or "technical laboratory test", and I think there may be no 定訳 for this term. The above translations are just suggestions, in fact.
