Articles of Association

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) British Law
The articles of association of a company, often simply referred to as the articles (and then often capitalised as an abbreviation for the official name, which is a proper noun and usually contains the company name), are the regulations governing the relationships between the shareholders and directors of the company, and are a requirement for the establishment of a company under the law of the United Kingdom and many other countries. Together with the memorandum of association, they form the constitution of a company. The equivalent in the United States is Articles of incorporation.

The document I have has the 3 different documents as separate exhibits, I must have a different name for each;

Estatutos de constitución

El "Memorandum of Association" es el acta constitutiva de la sociedad, mientras que los "articles" son los estatutos por los que se regirá la misma.

Acta Constitutiva

Se denomina en México, no se expresa el destino (CONTEXTO). Asimismo mencionas 3 documentos pero no queda claro cuáles son. En México el Acta Constitutiva contiene todo lo necesario, estatutos sociales y todo lo demás.
