con efecto/vigencia inmediatos, los servicios/pagos de su préstamo hipotecario...


Explanation:
"Servicing" en este contexto es "amortizar/pagar", y lo que quiere decir es que, probablemente porqué un banco ha transferido su cartera de préstamos a otro, a partir de ahora se deben pagar las cuotas del préstamo en el nuevo banco.

agree  Darío Orlando Fernández: Por un lado prefiero "con efecto inmediato". Por otro y para no arriesgar con "servicing", ¿cómo te parece "la atención de ..."? / > yo tb lo entendí así como por ej. en "servicios de la deuda externa" pero no sé si es igual para todo el mundo.
