A "Bauweise" is usually a construction method. By contrast, "Konstruktion" appears to be "(structural) design". Architecture is definitely not meant here. I'd translate the combination "Bauweisentechnik und Konstruktion" as "construction method and design".

I think this comes close. In fact, I think "Bauweisentechnik" can be used as a synonym for "Bauweise" or "Bautechnik".
