I'll throw this one in for good measure :)
This is what a Czech doctor friend also suggests: 'frustní - to znamená že je to tam jenom trošinku vyjádřené'
Again - google it and there are many references

Update from my neurology source: to je prostě jen velmi málo vyjádřený ani mild to přesně nepostihne, nevím jak by se to řeklo anglicky, ale asi nejspíš mild, je to nejblíž

Note from asker:
Thank you, I had 'frust' in my original translation but the client was not too happy with that so I was looking for alternatives. |

: I have just done about 50 of these medical reports, and my medical sources tell me that 'frust' is used in this context.

partial hemiparesis
I think it means "partial hemiparesis". Frustná forma – mierna forma geneticky podmieneného znaku, ktorá je klinicky signifikantná (http://kekule.science.upjs.sk/biologia/slovniky/gen/g_slov_d... Also according to my (Czech) Velky lekarsky slovnik, frustni means nedostaecny or neuplny. Try googling partial hemiparesis too and you get a healthy number of hits

Is it at all possible to change the glossary entry of this one ?
I asked an English doctor, as this comes up a lot - he said that it is a bit of a cop-out, and it basically means 'no idea', or 'there's something there, but it is only small and don't ask me what it is' :)
