I've often seen "dilluted" in connection with ownership shares as in the following reference.

Now, in your case, I think it means that the weight of staff expenses within the aggregate expenses of the company has fallen, thus resulting in higher profit.
So, I'd suggest something like:
- 0.4% dillution in the weight of staff expenditures
- 1.2% dillution in the weight of operating expenditures
