I'm stuck on the phrase "fuente de destino" in the following two sentences:
- Descripción y nombre de la fuente de destino del volumen vertido
- Volumen de agua de la fuente de destino final
They appear in the environmental section (about water consumption, energy consumption, waste, etc.) of a financial document. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the spring which will take the... (volume discharged, water etc.)
where it says "agua de la fuente" I think the "fuente" can only be a spring (of water). "De destino" means that the springs concerned are going to take the water, i.e. the water is going to be routed there. Obviously there must be controls on any pollutants entering the springs. Is your text about a place with natural springs of water?
