En cas de dédoublement de fournisseur, l'emballage d'origine devra etre conservé pour ne pas avoir a recréer de programme.
I believe the programme they are referring to is the settings for the machines that will be handling the packaging. So does the dedoublement mean that if the supplier has put its own packaging over the original packaging, that it should be removed? Arg!

Again, this really is only a hunch, but don't you think they mean 'where several (more than one) different suppliers are used'? — i.e. any new suppliers added later must be required to use the same packaging as the initial supplier.
Do you know if these are packaging suppliers, or suppliers of the products being packaged?
