Im Duden-Fremdwörterbuchfindet sich folgender Eintrag: 2) das Überstehen eines Zahnes über die Bißebene (Zahnmedizin). Wie paßt das mit kieferorthopädisch (orthodontique) zusammen? Schließlich soll es eine Methode zur Reparatur gebrochener Zähne sein.

so hatte ich mich auch schon beholfen, wobei ich aber zugeben muß, daß ich auch den deutschen Begriff "kieferorthopädische Extrusion" nicht verstehe. In der Fachwelt scheint es aber verstanden zu werden.
