A lo menos en Chile, el testamento es un acto de efectos "post mortem" y no tiene validez alguna durante la vida de la persona.

Bueno, creo que decir que un testamento ha sido otorgado en vida es un poco obvio (no existen testamentos post mortem), por lo que podemos omitir las palabras "en vida". En cuanto a "Power of Attorney", en este caso sugiero la palabra Mandato en vez de Poder porque seguramente se refiere a disposiciones de última voluntad complementarias al testamento del causante más que al otorgamiento de un poder.
