swollen glands (in the neck) Explanation: Swollen cervical lymph nodes are commonly referred to as "swollen glands" (even though lymph nodes aren't really glands). Since the term Halsdrüsenentzündung is pretty general, 'swollen glands in the neck' would work okay, IMO...
