Я понял так:

loss (full or partial) of the security provided for in this Agreement or a considerable deterioration or impairment thereof

No need for the 'a' before 'considerable.' Otherwise it looks good to me.

agree Galina Zhigar : But I would keep the 'a'. It reads better. In British English the word 'deterioration' could be either countable or uncountable, but in American it's only uncountable.
