Estas son las referencias pertinentes que encontré: • "Imperfect implant position occurred in 40% of cases and inadequate early fixation resulting in propellering or rotation in 16%." (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/4022564) • "... in order to prevent movement or “propellering”." • "... to avoid “propellering” of the lens following placement." (http://books.google.com/books?id=4tlL5-iZOZoC&pg=PA186&lpg=P... • "lens mobility (pseudophakodonesis) of an undersized or poorly fixated intraocular lens (tilt- ing, rocking, or rotating [propellering])" (http://www.v2020la.org/pub/PUBLICATIONS_BY_TOPICS/Cataract/I... • "... an introcular lens design which resists propellering, which can occur where conventional introcular lenses are too small." (http://www.google.com/patents?id=-UEsAAAAEBAJ&pg=PP3&lpg=PP3... • "With superior limb fixation, there is no propeller effect from lenses that may not be of the proper size." Atentamente, daniel |
