Italian to English Other Retail

Not much context I'm afraid, just an entry in a list of point of sale material. The full phrase is: "Insegna luminosa a cassonetto monofacciale. Comprese staffe in ferro per l’applicazione **a bandiera**". The illustration just shows a box structure with a sort of bracket at the side for mounting the sign projecting, I imagine, at rightangles to a wall. Any idea of the equivalent in English?
