I'm looking for a translation of "prededuzione" in this context. I think it means that the party in question has to accept to be second to X in relation to any credits owed to it, and will be aligned with Y in its rights to recover its credits, or something to that effect. Not very clear, but I'm sure it is a stock formulation for which I don't know the English.

| The context is a contract between film co-producers. The clause is relative to the replacement of a named co-producer. The passive co-producer (Associato) in this instance sets two conditions that the replacement co-producer must abide by. This the first one. Hope this helps. |
