Por favor, por ahí alguien me puede ayudar a traducir al inglés la frase siguiente? "Remision de la ley al reglamento". Estoy traduciendo el syllabus de un estudiante de derecho de una universidad peruana. Está en la parte del contenido del curso "derecho administrativo". No entiendo muy bien a qué se refieren. Si alguien por ahí es abogado y puede ayudarme se lo agradecería mucho.

: remisión is not remission. Remission is referral to a lower court, not like "return address". Maybe I am missing something here.

Thanks for the observation. :) DRAE for "remisión" = Indicación.."... I might be wrong, but I understand it as being a "reference of.." Thanks again! ;)

Esto solo se puede hacer con ciertas limitaciones, pues el marco lo debe dar la ley.
