Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks, Liz. I knew that trastorno is normally a disorder in medical terms, but wasn't sure whether this was the only meaning, especially in this context.

neutral  liz askew: the phrase to translate is "trastornos cualitativos"//Well "cualitativos" is not redundant.
35 mins
-> I took the phrase as a whole in the context. I considered the word cualitativo redundant as a disorder implies that quality is affected

Qualitative disorder of expressive language

Explanation:
The use of pronounbs is one of the aspects of 'qualitative disorders of language'

Rivière (Rivière, 2002) proposes to consider to the autism like a dimension of the human personality, making a qualitative proposal of the diagnosis and characterization of the autism. From this prospective it is considered that those characteristics can be presented or displayed in terms of frequency in the people who have an autistic disorder. Being based on Wing and Gould (Rivière, 2002), the denominated "autistic spectrum" may appear in six various dimensions:
1. Qualitative disorders of the social relation: They would go from the isolation conducts to the conducts with some vital interest towards the others, with difficulties in empathy and social understanding.
2. Disorders of the functions of the social communication: From the absence of communicative motivation to the use of communicative conducts to declare that they only look for the change of the physical world, existing little reciprocal communication.
3. Disorders of the language: From the total silence to the discursive language with certain limitations in the communicative functions and of prosodic system of the language.
4. Disorders of the competitions of imagination and social understanding: From the absence of imitative conducts to the incapacity to empathizer.
5. Disorders of the flexibility: From the predominance of conducts stereotyped to the obsessive preoccupation by certain intellectual contents.
6. Disorders of the sense of the activity: From the massive predominance of conducts without intention, to complex profits (schooling) which are not integrated in the self-image projected towards the future.
