The previous answer, while correct, is inconveniently lengthy; if one needs a succinct Greek rendering, then εντοπιότητα is the word used in Greece in similar contexts, where for instance potential civil servants receive a bonus in recruitment ranking if they reside in the place where they are going to serve. This is called εντοπιότητα.
