English to French Other Human Resources

Bonjour,
comment se traduit ce terme dans le contexte des resources humaines: "position reviews", "people reviews" ou : "The Career review is open for everybody but is primarily focused on the exempt population." ou : "• People review = Annual exercise between Business Unit (BU) Management and HR where the individuals are reviewed based on different sources of input"... Je pensais à un entretien, mais j'utilise déjà ce mot pour traduire "interviews" (annual interviews)...
