English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The estimated fees for Services to be provided by Supplier hereunder, based on information received prior to execution of this Agreement, are attached here to in the Estimate, attached as Exhibit A (the "Fees").

Customer shall pay for the actual Services ordered in its Purchase Orders at the rata set forth provided that any change in the scope or quantity of the Services requested may result in increased or additional Fees and/or costs.
