A bit below the "Azul ha sustituido a blanco", I have:

También, rojo sustituirá a verde.

So, in this case, the room ends up red. Is that right?

(It seems my confusion might come from not paying enough attention to the prepositions... :-0 )

Thsi verb is in the active rather than the passive. So red is doing the replacing.
