accumulation Explanation: Si riferisce all'accumulo di una sostanza a livello della matrice o a livello cellulare, con un termine forse poco "scientifico", visto che in tutte le pochissime ricorrenze in rete appare virgolettato. Credo che accumulation sia un'opzione accettabile. Nel tuo caso dovrebbe riferirsi all'accumulo della sostanza iniettata a livello della matrice. hardening Explanation: Texjax ha ragione, questo termine è poco usato in campo medico infatti, a parte le poche occorrenze sul web, è anche posto fra virgolette. Il termine ingottamento indica un "indurimento" a livello della matrice dovuta, in questo caso, ad un ristagno sottocutaneo della sostanza iniettata. Anche se vogliamo considerare una relazione semantica con l' ingottamento delle gomme che è tra le occorrenze più frequenti sul web abbiamo sempre presente l'occorrenza col termine indurimento: "L'INGOTTAMENTO, qui lo chiamiamo così non so se giustamente, è quel processo di deterioramento che la gomma ha con l'invecchiamento anche se non rotola.
