Je voudrais votre avis sur ma traduction de la phrase suivante:
Une bouteille de vin vous attendra le 26 juin durant le «wine tasting»

Ma traduction:
The June 26th wine-tasting participants will receive a complimentary bottle of wine.

Je ne suis pas sûre de la structure "The June 26th wine-tasting".

But the real issue is not to say 'the xxx participants', when it is more natural to say 'Xxx participants' — this is common in FR > EN, where FR uses either a def. article + singular or else a def. article + plural, whereas EN uses a 'collective plural'

"let's go to the/a wine-tasting is fine" — don't drop 'the', and event/party is unnecessary clutter, unless it's corporate-speak, when everything becomes a 'something-event'.

If you want to use your structure as given, you need to leave of the initial 'The' — however, using 'June 26th wine-tasting' as an adjectival clause qualifying 'participants' is a bit clumsy, and Mark's suggestion flows much better.

neutral Drmanu49 : a noun is missing IMO. Well I often hear it as an activity (verbal) but not a noun. Maybe a UK difference?

"wine tasting" is a noun, as in "we are having a wine-tasting in the shop next week"
