Daniel has pointed out that air cleaner is a very mediocre translation for the pistola - far to open to misinterpretation.
I would suggest one of a number of possibilities: *Pistol type air blow cleaning gun / air blow cleaning gun*
http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=14201
"Suitable for cleaning liquid, swarf or dust during manufacture or assembly. Supplied complete with two nozzles - standard (single hole) and pepperpot (multi-hole). 1 /4" BSP air inlet."
http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=28016
"Sealey Air Blow Gun with Safety Nozzle & 2 Extensions
Composite valve body with interchangeable nozzles and safety tip. Includes 100 and 300mm extensions, gun body, blanking plug and safety nozzle.
Length of Lance: 100 /300mm
Air Inlet: 1 /4”BSP"

: "apron" OK; "mud guard" OK; "air cleaner" doesn't sound like a compressed air gun in this case.

"lapsus linguae". Obviamente, es "faldón". Mil gracias por la aclaración
