The whole manual revolves around**Performance Management** which is tranlated as"绩效管理",hence, I feel it's more consitent to use非凡绩效。----所以，您考虑用“为病患和照护者创造非凡绩效”，您的意思是说，用这句话来激发员工的工作热情，就象“为人民服务”那样，为了“病人和照护者”，而为公司创造“非凡绩效”。 请问：是这个意思吗？

In my humble opinion, we should pay more attention to the word "caregiver" while we translating the phrase. Caregiver,in Australia, called "carer". It is someone who cares the patient, voluntarily, offering unpaid help to the patient, they might be patient’s family members or voluntary social worker, etc. In this context, caregiver refers to both professional medical carer and voluntary carer, got paid or unpaid.
