Princípio de Funcionamento
As bombas de engrenagens internas são bombas rotativas de deslocamento positivo, sendo que o fluxo é gerado por duas engrenagens, uma interna à outra separadas por uma meia-lua. Quando as engrenagens giram o líquido é transportado nas câmaras criadas entre as engrenagens e a meia-lua. Quando as engrenagens se juntam, o líquido é forçado para fora da bomba. O resultado
