German to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Building materials
As in "kuststoffvergüteter Zementfließestrich" is a term often used for an additive added to plaster, tile adhesives etc.
But what is the correct term in British English - "reinforced" doesn't quite seem to hit the target?

Hi Ken: I should have written " 'plastic-reinforced' doesn't quite seem to hit the target" - it's the "-vergütet" bit that's bothering me; there are plenty of dictionary entries for steel and glass, but I cannot find any for cement and similar materials, although the term is relatively common.

Cilian's answer is probably OK if you know that the additive is an acrylic (which is probably most common). Otherwise what I mostly see is wording such as 'synthetic-resin xxx' or 'polymer xxx'.
