French term

attestation nominative

French to English Law/Patents Insurance
"la prise d'effet de l'accord de cautionnement général est subordonée à la déliverance d'une attestation nominative". This relates to a performance bond for a building contract, and I understand that it means that all the parties need to be specifically named in the agreemnt, but I don't know how to word this.....thanks

a personal or registered attestation, declaration or certification

IT could mean a personal declaration, or a registered (certified) one, as in registered securities... which are titre nominatif.
