This is a minor (specialization programme) available at Hogeschool Rotterdam. A short description provided at the student website: "Het doel van deze minor is de studenten voor te bereiden op de beroepspraktijk van het groeiende werkterrein opvoedingsondersteuning op het preventieve, curatieve en correctieve vlak. purely to get things started and to make the comment that here the distinction between opvoeden (raise, bring up) and opleiden (educate) is vital.
I suggest 'nurture' as a quasi-synonym here, but I have no affinity at all to sociological jargon.
