special regime/scheme for employees' national insurance
Hi Robert.
Seguridad Social in the UK is National Insurance. The equivalent, therefore, would be "employees' national insurance" (see different rates and contributions in link below)
Hope this is of some use
Your other question is less straightforward - I will have another look at it now!

Read fullas: Régimen Especial de la Seguridad Social de los ****Trabajadores por Cuenta Propia o Autónomos ****
As Adam says, National Insurance if that is what applies in the UK or whichever applies to your target country.
I imagine there mgiht be an official wording for this, but I just thought that the "trabajadores por cuenta propia y autónomos" bit needed clarification.

Conveniently enough, and though I don't care much for the style, this same page is translated into English (aren't we nice!):
Concept of Self-Employed Worker
With respect to this Special Scheme, a self-employed or autonomous worker is one who habitually, personally and directly performs a profit-driven activity, without an employment contract and may use the paid service of other people, whether or not the owner of an individual or family company.
