Appel public à l'épargne

Il y a appel public à l'épargne en cas de négociation d'un titre (action, obligation, ...) sur un marché réglementé (Eurolist) ou en cas d'émission ou de cession de titres dans le public en ayant recours à la publicité, au démarchage, à des établissements de crédit ou à des prestataires de services d'investissement.
L'entreprise qui fait appel public à l'épargne doit obtenir le visa de l'AMF et, pour cela, publier une note d'information et effectuer les publications financières obligatoires au BALO (Bulletin Officiel d'Annonces Légales Obligatoires) et auprès du marché financier.
