Keyworker

Medical
Medical (general)
Contexto:
"I saw this young gentleman in my outpatient clinic on 21 September 1999.
He was referred six weeks ago with a history of euphoric mood, and at that time I was not quite sure whether he did present a hypomanic state. at this consultation, he described his mood as "mellow", although in my opinion, he was euthymic with normal affect.
There do not seem to be any social or domestic problems. At the moment his sleeping and appetite appear normal. He made good eye contact and there were no signs of flight of ideas, pressure of speech or formal thought disorder.
In summary, there was no evidence of a maniac state, and I do not think that he currently needs a KEYWORKER or more psychiatric input, but I will review him once more un two months time."
