Spanish term or phrase: aseguramiento, confiscación, decomiso de bienes
Leyes Mexicanas.

Gracias!!

AVH - Dicionario de términos jurídicos

"aseguramiento de bienes litigiosos: embargo on property in litigation"

"confiscación: expropriation, seizure; confiscation"

"decomiso: (decomissioning, attachment, forfeit, seizure, capture"

Based on our definitions, 'aseguamiento" would be used to make sure that nothing is hidden, 'confiscación" for "seizure" and "decomiso", that is "attachment" even though the assets may be clean to attempt to make ties to dirty or laundered money.
